I read part 5. I didn't get much of an impression that this guy is a master of all the schools of this martial art or that he could take on all the sisters like they implied in the first part. He's too much like those overpowered anime characters that can't stand up to the women around them, which wouldn't be a problem except we don't even see his abilities and it's all just hearsay by the sisters. I think it would've been better if he still planned to leave or told the eldest "I need some time to think", then all the sisters have a go at him at once and he dominates or at least keeps up with them. He gives his all physically and mentally, but then they would altogether humbly express their love desire for him to stay, and realizes that if he left he would be emotionally devastated again at losing another family. All that said, this was a sweet series, just not as climactic plot-wise as it could've been.
