He's referring to a very specific peice that was primarily humiliation fetish combined with raceplay in it. It was probably made by the user from a couple of weeks ago mad this booru for having so much "glorious white cock" (aka gwc) stuff. The peice seemed to be made exclusively to be a jab at gwc stuff. The guy who put it in the 4chan thread said he did it because he had a small cock fetish, I assumed he also put up the one you linked. I don't really see these as humiliation, since the girls seem really into the readers small cock, or as some kind of attack. It just seemed like a guy posting stuff that catered to his specific fetish. Stuff that I subsequently moved to the booru like I do with a lot of stuff that's put in the 4chan thread or the discord. I don't think this deserved to be deleted just because some people didn't like the fetish, hence the reupload. This is an imageboard dedicated to captioned porn images, the fetish they intale shouldn't matter. (loli not withstanding for legal reasons.) If Juni or anyone else disagrees than I'd love to discuss it, either here or in a dedicated forum, but I've probably already put too much thought into my porno captions.
